1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

3. Sharing Of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers that help operate authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, and app infrastructure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect safety, rights, or platform integrity.

Swoop uses AppsFlyer as its mobile measurement provider. AppsFlyer helps classify installations as organic or campaign-attributed and may process an app-specific identifier and product-interaction data for attribution and analytics. When you are signed in, Swoop links that installation identifier to your account in a private attribution binding. When Swoop runs an app campaign, AppsFlyer may share permitted attribution and event data with the applicable advertising partner, such as TikTok or Meta, subject to platform privacy controls and Swoop's configured sharing settings. Swoop does not use this measurement to decide whether a user has paid access.

Swoop uses Superwall and Apple purchase information to present subscription options, validate transactions, restore purchases, and maintain access. Purchase information is not used by AppsFlyer in the current install-attribution release.

4. Data Security And Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Data is retained only as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention.

5. Your Rights And Choices

Account deletion details are available at /delete-account.

6. Children's Privacy

Swoop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Third-Party Services

Swoop may link to or use third-party services, including listing destinations, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, AppsFlyer, Superwall, Apple, and advertising partners used for a campaign. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. AppsFlyer's privacy information is available at appsflyer.com/legal/privacy-policy.

8. Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When updated, the effective date on this page will change.
